Facilities
The classes run in two different blocks. The fully furnished Montessori Block runs Nursery to Class Three while the Main Block runs Class Four to Ten. Classes are spacious and fully furnished that creates the learning environment. Projector and Television are used whenever necessary to make the teaching learning process effective.
Library
A rich library facilitates the students in gathering additional information required. KEBS boosts a spacious library with around 6,000 books covering every area. National Dailies are also available in the library.
Science Lab
A well equipped science lab only can match the expectation of 21st century. KEBS has a separate science lab where theoretical knowledge is widened by practical experiments.
Computer Lab
Computer education has now been the need of time. KEBS has an advanced computer laboratory with two dozen computers and well trained instructor.
Cafeteria
KEBS has a neat cafeteria that serves a wide range of nutritional and delicious dishes in a reasonable cost.
Transportation
KEBS serves transportation facilities for students willing to join us from the outskirts of various surrounding areas. A minimal transportation fee is charged monthly.
ECAs and CCAs
Students are divided into four houses to run ECAs and CCAs efficiently and competitively. ECAs include a wide range of sporting activities, Singing, Dancing, Arts, Quiz, Essays, Poem Reciting, Spelling, Talents’ Show etc. Students have open option and are encouraged to join clubs, which are operated to enhance their leadership capacity. Movie show, Hiking, Excursions, Tours, Delivering Speeches, Asking Questions in the assembly on rotation basis are part of CCAs.
KEBS Clubs:
a. Literature Club:
KEBS explores the student’s creativity by offering wide range of literary classes i.e. speech, anchoring, poem writing and reciting, essay writing, story writing etc. in both English and Nepali language. The membership of the club is according to the performance level of the students.
b. General Knowledge & Current Affairs Club:
The greatest wealth of today’s world is General Knowledge and Current Affairs. KEBS conducts extensive classes on GK in a way world. Willing and deserving students get membership in this club and the classes are conducted every day prior to the assembly.
c. Music Club:
KEBS conducts weekly classes on Singing, Playing various musical instruments and composing to help students achieve their musical dream. Trainings are given to the willing students by popular national figures.
d. Dance Club:
KEBS Dance Club presents student the best platform to help explore their dancing abilities. Dance classes are conducted on weekly basis and deserving students get membership of this club.
e. Eco Science Club:
KEBS Eco Science Club provides the best chance for students with technical mind. Classes are conducted on weekly basis by experts on inventions, innovations, cleanliness, environment conservation etc. The entry in this club is at the student’s will and ability.
f. Fine Arts Club:
KEBS Fine Arts Club presents the best opportunity for students with artistic view. Classes are conducted on weekly basis on handicrafts. Paper painting, Cloth painting, Wall painting, Sculpture, architecture etc. The entry in this club is accordingly to student’s will and ability.
g. Scouts Club:
KEBS Scouts Club is epitome of discipline and good manner. Students with better study level from Grade Six are given membership in this club and classes are conducted by expert on weekly basis.
h. Taekwondo Club:
KEBS Taekwondo Club has rich history in and around valley. Training is provided to all enrolled students on daily basis and the players are presented with the best chance to explore themselves with national and international players.
i. Football Club:
KEBS Football Club aims to present the best opportunity to students with footballing sense to explore themselves. Training is conducted three days a week and entry in this clubs is as per the ability of the students.
j. Basketball Club:
KEBS Basketball Club aims to help the gifted students achieve their dream by providing regular trainings. Training is conducted three days a week and willing and deserving students get enrollment in this club.k.
